Ashwaganda Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½-1 tsp ashwaganda
  • handful of spinach
  • 2 c unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup blueberries

Directions

  • Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
