WF recently had a chance to chat virtually with Dr. Barbara Sturm, whose high end skincare line has become a cult classic with the Hollywood set and those in the know.

While Dr. Sturm began her medical career in orthopaedics as part of the team that developed cutting-edge treatments for inflammation, she is now known for her aesthetics and bringing her anti-inflammatory knowledge to anti-ageing products.

The star of her skin care line up is most certainly her Hyaluronic Serum. Be warned, it’s a small bottle that comes with a big price tag, and unlike some products that offer instantaneous results, it needs a little time to work its magic. WF are big fans of this little bottle, that can cost over $300 US or close to $400 CDN. No one said the fountain of youth would be cheap!

The inventor of the infamous or famous (depending on your penchant for pain) vampire-blood facial, calls her hyaluronic serum, “the white t-shirt of skincare.” The proof is in the pudding as they say, because the 49 German doctor is glowing.
